Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In the same condition as received

  • In its original packaging

  • Returned with proof of purchase

Do not send a return before contacting us and receiving return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us at support@nexering.com as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Items that have been used or worn

  • Products returned without prior authorization

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product or size, you may return the original item according to our return policy and place a new order after your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
